Easy After-School Snack- Healthy Apple Donuts-Produce for Kids

Hey, Guys Thanks for stopping by to hang out with us.  I hope everyone’s school year is off to a great start.  We have partnered again with Produce for Kids,  to share with you all their simple 5-ingredient healthy apple donuts recipe these are perfect After-School Snack for when the kids get home from school and or on the edge of starvation. If your kids are anything like mines after a long day of thinking when they get out of school, they’re hungry.

They’re starving, and you want to give them something this is not going to ruin their appetite for dinner but also something HEALTHY they’ll going to want to eat. Health snack options are essential for kids that are going to extracurricular activities after-school. We want to make sure we are fueling them properly.

Here’s want you’ll need!

  • 1 Chelan Fresh apple, cored, cut into 4 rounds
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Spread apple rings with peanut butter and top with granola, coconut, and chocolate chips.
