• Glossy chip bag paper or regular copy paper
• Scissors or paper trimmer
• Double-sided tape or glue
• Standard microwave popcorn bags
• (Optional) Markers to personalize the “From:” section

How to Print & Assemble Your Halloween Popcorn Bag Wrapper

Making these is so easy—and with a few quick steps, you’ll have the cutest party favors ready to go!
Here’s how to do it, with a visual for each step:

Step 1: Print Your Wrapper

For best results:

• Use glossy photo paper for vibrant, professional-looking colors. (Shop our glossy chip bag paper!)
• In your print settings, select Actual Size (not “Fit to Page”) so your wrapper fits perfectly around a standard microwave popcorn bag.
• Set your printer’s media type to Photo Glossy Paper and quality to Best for the brightest print.
• Make sure you’re printing on the glossy side of the paper.

Tip: Double-check your print preview before printing to make sure everything looks just right!

Step 2: Cut Out the Wrapper

Carefully cut along the edges of your printed wrapper using scissors or a paper trimmer.
Try to keep your cuts nice and straight for the neatest look!

Pro Tip: If you have a paper trimmer, it makes this step super quick and gives you those crisp, clean lines. But scissors work just fine too!

Step 3: Wrap the Popcorn Bag

Lay your wrapper face down on a flat surface.
Place a standard microwave popcorn bag right in the center of the wrapper, making sure it’s lined up evenly.

Tip: The design should be facing down, with the blank (white) side up.

Step 4: Seal It Up

Fold the sides of the wrapper around the popcorn bag, overlapping them at the back.
Apply double-sided tape or glue to the “Add Adhesive Here” strip along the edge.

Press down firmly to seal the wrapper closed. That’s it—your popcorn bag is now dressed up and ready for Halloween fun!

Pro Tip: Double-sided tape is quick and mess-free, but How glue works too—just allow a few extra seconds for it to dry.

Step 5: Personalize & Enjoy!

Fill in the “From:” section with your name, your kiddo’s name, or even a special Halloween message.
This little touch makes your treat extra thoughtful and fun to give!
