My Kiddos can’t seem to put this stuff down. Today we’re sharing how to make Homemade SLIME in just a few steps and with just 2 common household ingredients that you may already have. This is such a fun and cool activity to do with the kiddos doing spring/summer break.

Here’s what you’ll need!
1. you’re going need 1/2 cup or 4oz bottle of Elmo’s white glue.

2.1 teaspoon borax ( you can find this in the laundry detergent aisle)

3. 1/2 hot water

4. 2 mixing bowls

5. ( optional) Food coloring

Step #1

In your first mixing bowl mix 1/2 cup of glue and a 1/2 cup of hot water. This is Optional, to add color to slime add a few drops of any food coloring.

STEP #2
In your 2nd mixing bowl combine, 1 teaspoon of Borax, a 1 cup of hot water and mix until the borax has dissolved completely.

STEP#3
Next, take your glue mixture and SLOWLY Stir it into the borax solution. The slime will begin to form immediately. You can use your hands if it becomes too thick to stir until it becomes less sticking. than your slime is ready to be played with.
