Valentines Day is by far one of my favorite holidays. The kids and I love-making crafts to share with our love ones. One of my favorite DIY crafts to do with the kids’ is the Candy Conversation Heart Frame. I mean you can’t go wrong with kids’ and candy, Right? This simple Valentines DIY craft is super easy, fun, and cute to make. This craft project only took a few minutes and few Materials that you probably already have on hand.
What are some of your favorite kids’ Valentine crafts?
Here’s what you will need;
1. Wooden Popsicle sticks to build your picture frame – you can use the large or the small one’s “I use the small one’s”
4.white glue/ hot glue
1.You will need a minimum of 4 popsicle sticks – one stick for each side of the frame. If you’d like your frame wider, you can put two sticks together on each side.
2.glued all the popsicle sticks together with hot glue or white glue
3.Paint the frame if desired; allow to dry completely.
5.To make a backing, trace the outer outline of your frame onto your color choice construction paper and cut it out. ” you can also use a poster cardboard”
6.Cut out your photo to fit the size of your frame. Glue the photo onto your construction paper.
7.Glue the construction paper backing onto the back of your frame, allow it to dry for 10-15 minutes/24 hours if you use white crafts glue.
8. There you have it! You can use ribbon to hang it on the wall, you can glue a magnet on the back to place it on the refrigerator or you can lean it up against a wall or everything on your desk.
