How Hanging with the Kiddos Started

Hanging with the Kiddos started at my kitchen table as a busy mom just trying to make my kids’ parties feel special without spending a ton of money. I loved the idea of cute, custom party favors, but I didn’t always have the time, tools, or budget to order everything from a professional designer.

So I began experimenting with:

  • Printing my own chip bags, candy wrappers, and party favors
  • Designing simple labels and toppers on the computer
  • Testing different types of glossy paper to get that professional look at home

Those first projects weren’t perfect, but my kids loved them—and friends and family started asking where I bought everything.
